This Return & Exchange Policy governs all purchases made from Mak Store through www.makstore.com.pk. By placing an order with Mak Store, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Exchanges and Claims

Unused products may be exchanged within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date, provided that the item is in its original, unused condition, with all tags, packaging intact, and accompanied by the original purchase receipt.

Items purchased during sales or promotional offers are strictly non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and non-claimable.

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, perfumes and bags are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

Refund Policy

Mak Store operates a strict No-Refund policy for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances and are subject to management approval, depending on the original mode of payment.

Credit / Debit Card Payments

Refunds for credit or debit card payments may be issued only in cases where:

• The ordered product is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled.

Approved refunds will be credited to the same credit or debit card used for the original transaction.

Refunds will include the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes only. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Please allow up to seven (7) working days for return processing and up to two billing cycles for the refunded amount to appear on your card statement.

Perfumes and bags remain non-returnable and non-exchangeable, even in refund cases.

Online Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled at any time before processing begins. Once an order has been processed and shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.

Upon shipment, customers will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking details. Once shipped, all orders will be governed by the Exchange and Claim Policy outlined above.

Order Cancellation by Mak Store

Mak Store reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion. Common reasons for cancellation may include, but are not limited to:

• Product unavailability or stock limitations

• Pricing or typographical errors

• Payment verification issues

In such cases, customers will be notified, and where applicable, refunds will be processed in accordance with this policy.
